Does anyoneknow how far it is from the Dallas Fort Worth airport to 14901 Dallas parkway?
Sorry that i am boring everyone with questions like this. I am travelling from Shetland to Dallas to go to a festival in Frisco and have never been there before and will be quite rushed with my flight so i want to have it planned out.

try mapquest.com
2 :
use mapquest it will give detailed directions and times for your trip. www.mapquest.com
3 :
Look on yahoo maps or just about any other mapping site--they'll all give you distances. Just for fun, if you want to see what it looks like, you can use google earth. The satellite photos are several years old, but it's still pretty cool.
4 :
It's not the distance that will be the problem. It's the time of day that you need to go that way from the airport. On an off time....(no major traffic or accidents) that would take you about 45 mins. to an hour.
5 :
it is approximately 13.9 miles. ( about 19 minutes )
6 :
From: 3200 E Airfield Dr DFW Airport, TX 75261 Change destination Edit Drive: 29.2 mi (about 38 mins) 1. Head north on E Airfield Dr toward E 31st St 0.1 mi 2. Make a U-turn at E 31st St 0.6 mi 2 mins 3. Turn left at W Walnut Hill Ln toward Valley View Ln 1.0 mi 3 mins 4. Turn left at TX-161 0.6 mi 2 mins 5. Merge onto TX-161 N via the President George Bush Tpke N ramp 0.7 mi 1 min 6. Continue on President George Bush Tpke 15.4 mi 16 mins 7. Take the Dallas North Tollway exit 0.2 mi 8. Take the left fork to Dallas North Tollway N and merge onto Dallas North Tollway N 5.8 mi 7 mins 9. Exit at Dallas Pkwy toward Gaylord Pkwy/Warren Pkwy 4.7 mi 7 mins To: Dallas Pkwy Frisco, TX 75034 Total 29 Miles
7 :
Why dont you just stay at the Embassy Suites or the Holiday Inn in Frisco? You can catch a cab coming out of DFW airport easy, just head north/east through past grapevine mills mall on the 121 and then hit 423 / Main street going north. BTW my husband commutes from DFW to CA and it can take 45 minutes to get from Frisco there or an hour & half depending on construction and day of week. They are working on the tollway roads right now and that does not show up on mapquest or yahoo maps.

About have you heard of the city 'Fort Worth, Texas' before you saw this question

Have you heard of the city 'Fort Worth, Texas' before you saw this question?
It just annoys me that a lot of people think this is a suburb of Dallas since they hear "Dallas/Fort Worth Metroplex" or when I travel and one doesn't know of this city I have to say, "30 miles west of Dallas," and they say, "oooohh! ok!" as if it is a suburb. It doesn't even have its own category here on Yahoo! Answers. Do I live in one of the most underrated cities in North America? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fort_Worth http://www.flickr.com/photos/gabegrote/2202013060/ http://www.flickr.com/photos/martinhdez/2114452626/

About 40min
2 :
dallas is like 10 minutes away from plano and ft. worth is about 30 minutes away from plano.
3 :
In your search bar, type : Map from Fort Worth to Dallas Texas and you will get several sites on it.
4 :
25 mins Plano to Dallas 53 Mins Plano to Fort Worth According to yahoo maps. Your times will vary because these are using what is generally listed as the downtown areas of each city. As far as things to see and do, it would depend on your interests. Read the 2 wiki articles and you can get some good ideas.
5 :
From Plano, Texas, to Dallas? There is only Richardson between Dallas and Plano, so it shouldn't take more than 5 or 10 minutes, depending on the traffic; it would probably take 45 minutes to an hour to get to Ft. Worth, depending on where you are in Plano and what time of day it is. Sometimes it might take 30 minutes to go from one part of Dallas to another part.
6 :
Depends on where in Plano you start and where you end. If it isn't rush hour w/ no traffic, you can probably get to downtown Dallas from Plano in around 15 minutes, maybe 20. Ft. Worth, though, will take a while longer, probably 40-55 + minutes depending on traffic conditions and the route taken. You can also take public transportation, the DART train. I haven't ridden it before, but I hear it is fast, it saves you gas $$$, and you can get to Ft. Worth from Plano via DART.
7 :
about 25 minutes from plano to dallas. and about 40 minutes from plano to ft worth. times may vary due to traffic, either early morning or late night driving will get you there faster. midday, around lunch time, the roads will be jammed pretty good.
8 :
I used to live in Plano and work in Ft. Worth. You can drive from Plano to FTW in about an hour to be anywhere. Dallas takes about 20 minutes on good traffic days. On Fridays it can be a headache to get anywhere. One time it took me 3 hours to get to FTW, and another time with zero traffic, 45 mins. If you are adventurous you can ride the DART train from Plano to Dallas, and then catch the Trinity Rail Express to FTW, and then catch the T in FTW, just be sure to get the 2 zone pass that is good all day. It used to be 5 dollars. I love Dallas, but have to admit that Ft Worth has a better nightlife. However, there is still a lot to do in both towns, though.
9 :
ft worth is 45 pr 50 min. plano is about 30 or 40
10 :
about 40min

hmm....not really sure what you are asking...you mean a "pet relief area"? Or do you mean a business which looks after pets which have a long layover? airport has a website www.dfwairport.com, but I think you should check with your airline first
2 :
You're probably thinking of Houston's airport. Continental has a kennel there. You can have your dog walked and fed, or board the dog for a day or two if necessary. I shipped my dog from Detroit to Sao Paulo in November, and Continental was great. They seem to go out of their way to be the leader in shipping animals, while the other airlines seem to do it reluctantly. Presumably, there are other things those airlines specialize in that Continental isn't as good at.
